Since our products are digital in nature, access is granted instantly after purchase, and therefore we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription (monthly/quarterly/annual), you may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations ensure that you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of the current subscription period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

You were charged more than once due to a technical error.

4. Training & Coaching Programs

All coaching, mentoring, and live workshop fees are non-refundable once the session has started.

If you are unable to attend a live session, you may request a reschedule (subject to availability), but no refunds will be given.
5. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments made through third-party gateways (e.g., PayU, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by these processors.
6. How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)
